  • Will I need to sign a BAA?
    Yes, you will need to sign a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA"). Any covered entity utilizing a third-party vendor who will have access to protected health information ("PHI") must sign a BAA to comply with HIPAA.
  • What kind of support do you provide?

  • Can I use my own templates?
    Yes, you can use your own templates in ScribeAI! For example, if you have a standard physical exam template you use for all visits, you can add it to ScribeAI and link it to a keyword. So, if you say "normal physical exam" during a visit, the template will automatically appear in your note. It will also adjust to reflect any abnormalities found during the exam.
